By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request if I feel uncomfortable for any reason, in which case I will refund the payment received.I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.Please be sure to read them carefully before ordering. ✦ WORKING METHOD & REVISIONS ✦
✧ I’ll accept payment in advance, or half to start drawing and the rest on delivery.
✧ The client must provide images/descriptions for the pose and expression.
✧ Wip shots will be sent as low-res, watermarked images.
✧ I will keep you informed of progress and you can request the following changes:
Pose options: if you are undecided about what you want or if I can interpret your idea from different angles, I will send you some sketches of poses so you can choose your favorite.
Sketch: at this point, you can request any changes to the pose, expression, costume, etc., considering that I will fix all anatomical flaws and details with the line art.
Line art: I can change expressions or minor details. You can always ask, and if possible, I will make the change at no extra cost.
Finished work: Once I deliver your drawing, you can only request color changes or the addition of very small details. Changes that require me to redraw something that could have been corrected in previous stages will incur an additional cost.
✧ I will not continue with the drawing until the client approves the progress sent.
✦ DEADLINES & DELIVERIES ✦
✧ Your commission piece/s will take 2-3 weeks or more depending on the complexity and type of commission.
✧ The standard resolution for my work is 3000x2500px and 300dpi, or 4000x2500px and 300dpi if it is a full-body drawing. If you want a specific resolution or size for your drawing, please let me know in advance.
✦ USE ✦
✧ The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
✧ Personal use refers to using the drawing without receiving any financial benefit, such as a profile picture/banner on any social media platform, as a gift for someone special, printing personal items, etc.
✧ Commercial use is necessary if you plan to sell merchandise with the design printed on it, such as posters, stickers, T-shirts, etc., or on book/album covers for sale.
✧Please don't feed AI with my art;
✧Don't edit my art;
✧Don't delete the signature from my art.
✦ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ✦
✧ I can use this art in my portfolio and post it on my social media with watermark and/ or lower resolution (*).
✧ I can record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork ().
